This 20-meter-long and 13-meter-high Paddington terrace house consist of a basement, street level, first level and attic. The brief is to develop a set of documentation drawings for this residential terrace house. The new design required detailed drawings showing a comprehensive understanding of construction techniques and methods. Staircase constructions research and understanding of how the structures work are compulsory. The drawing not only has the right dimensions but also follows the Australian Building Code to maintain safety.
